My role as a coach is to provide guidance and support. However, I am not trained to handle crisis. If you are experiencing crisis or in need of immediate assistance, please use the following contacts for help.

You are not alone. Your well-being is extremely important, there are people who care about you and can provide the support you need. If you don’t feel ready or comfortable speaking with me, please know there are others you can reach out to who are here to listen and help.
